| 4. Eligibility: | Open to ALL Players under SGP flag with a minimum rating of 1600 (Any of the 3 FIDE time control, minimum rating of 1500 for Women). Only Singaporeans / Permanent Residents (SPR) will be eligible to be National Champions |
| 5. Format: |
Swiss System of 11 rounds, 3 minutes with 2 seconds increment from move 1.Default Time shall be 3 minutes |
| 6. Tie Break: |
1. Direct Encounter 2. The greater number of wins 3.Buchholz Cut 1 4. Buchholz |
| 7. Prizes: | Open 1st $300; 2nd $200, 3rd $100, 4th to 10th $50 each, Women 1st $150, 2nd $100, 3rd to 5th $50 each |

$40 (Public); $20 (Players currently registered in SCF Programs) |
| 9. Closing Date: |
First 50 entries or Sunday 30th May 2021 6pm, whichever comes first. Late entries and entries without payment will not be accepted. Entry Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. |
| 10. Dispute: |
In the event of any disputes (outside the FIDE Laws of Chess), the Chief Arbiter’s decision shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained |
| 11. Dress Code: |
Smart Casual. |

Proof of postage/email is not proof of entry. SCF reserves the right to accept or reject any Entry Without assigning any reason |
