Organizers: Singapore Chess Federation, played under the FIDE Laws of Chess. FIDE Rated Event

Date: Sunday, 09 February 2014

Time: 2 pm to 6 pm. All player are to report by 1.45 pm

Venue: SCF, 51 Bishan Street 13, #02-01A SIGC, Singapore 579799, SIGC Conference Room (Level 2)

Format: Open Category - 11 Rounds using Swiss Manager Pairings
            Each Player will be given 5 minutes for entire game

Entry Fee: $30

Prizes: 1st - $250 ; 2nd - $150 ; 3rd - $100
            Trophies for Top 10

Closing Date: Tuesday, 04 February 2014 by 6 pm, or first 50 entries. Late fee of $100 shall apply, subject to SCF approval. Entries without payment will not be accepted. Entry fees are non-refundable.

In the event of any disputes (outside the FIDE Laws of Chess), the Organizer's decision shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained.

FIDE ZERO START rule shall apply. Please check correctness of your entry on www.singaporechess.org.sg as we may not make changes on the day of the tournament.
