Eligibility:
Open Category – FIDE Rated & Unrated Players
Challenger Category – FIDE Unrated Players

Venue: The Singapore Scout Association, No 1 Bishan Street 12 Singapore 579808

Date & Time: Sunday, 10 November 2013 from 9 am to 6 pm. Participants are to report by 8.45 am.

Entry Fee: $35.00

Closing Date: Monday 04 November 2013 by 7 pm, or first 200 entries. Late fee of $100 shall apply, subject to SCF approval. Entries without payment will not be accepted. Entry Fees are non-refundable.
