All Participants are reminded that the Technical Meeting will be held on
Wednesday 9 December 2009 at 8.00 pm at the Singapore Scouts Association
Hall. Players absent for the Technical Meeting will not be paired for the 1st Round
except for foreign players who are arriving late on 9 December 2009. Such
players must advise the Orgainzers in writing.
