26th February 2010 – Announcement

We receive many appeals from adult players (over 20 years old)  and especially expatriates, who does not
have a SCF rating or whose rating is below 1600 play in the Open Section.  These players either have FIDE
rating or their respective national rating. In view the Hong Bao Rapid Chess Challenge is a family, community
bonding and fun event, we have aceded to these requests.

All Players should report by 8.45 am on Sunday 28th February 2010.
