4. Eligibility: |
Open to all Singaporean and Singapore PR born in 2015 and after. |

5. Format & Time Control: |
Swiss System of 6 rounds. 15 minutes per player to complete the game. Default time shall be 10 mins after game starts |

6. Prizes: |
Trophies to Top 10. Medal for all participants. |

7. Entry Fee: |
$30 (PayNow / Cash / Cheque) First 50 entries or Sunday 30 May 2021 6 pm, whichever comes first. |

8. Closing Date: |
Entries without payment will not be accepted. Late entries will not be entertained. In the event of a withdrawal, entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. |

9. Dispute: |
In the event of any disputes (outside the FIDE Laws of Chess), the Organiser's decision shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained. |
