be the principal authority over Chess activities in Singapore. b.

represent Singapore in the World Chess Federation (FIDE) and international
chess organisations affiliated to FIDE. c.

develop training schemes for schools and youth. d.

organise tournaments esp. at national levels. e.
To
participate in international and regional championships. f.
To
